The Saudi Journal of Radiology (SJR) publishes one Conference Proceedings Issue each year related to radiology, medical imaging, radiation sciences, medical physics, and associated healthcare disciplines.

The Conference Proceedings Issue provides a platform for sharing innovative research findings, promoting scientific collaboration, and advancing knowledge in radiology and related fields.

Authors wishing to publish in the Conference Proceedings Issue must submit a complete manuscript through the journal's online submission system.

Submission of a full manuscript does not guarantee publication. All manuscripts are evaluated according to the journal's standard editorial and peer-review procedures.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Office.

The editorial screening evaluates:

• Relevance to the conference theme and the journal's aims and scope.

• Scientific quality and originality.

• Compliance with the journal's submission requirements.

• Ethical standards and publication policies.

• Plagiarism and research integrity.

Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be rejected before peer review.

Conference Proceedings manuscripts are subject to the same rigorous double-blind peer-review process as regular submissions to the Saudi Journal of Radiology.

Each manuscript undergoes:

• Initial editorial screening.

• Double-blind peer review.

• Evaluation by at least two independent expert reviewers.

• Editorial assessment based on reviewers' recommendations.

• Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts before a final editorial decision is made.

Only manuscripts that successfully complete the peer-review process and satisfy the journal's scientific, ethical, and editorial standards will be accepted for publication in the Conference Proceedings Issue.

The Conference Proceedings Issue is managed in accordance with the journal's editorial policies and publication ethics.

Editors, guest editors, conference organizers, and Editorial Board members who submit manuscripts:

• Will not participate in the review or editorial decision-making process for their own submissions.

• Will be subject to the same editorial screening and peer-review procedures as all other authors.

• Must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest.

The Editor-in-Chief retains full authority over all editorial decisions.

Only manuscripts that:

• Successfully pass editorial screening.

• Receive favorable recommendations from at least two independent reviewers.

• Meet the journal's scientific and editorial standards.

• Comply with the journal's publication ethics policies.

will be accepted for publication in the Conference Proceedings Issue.

The journal reserves the right not to publish the annual Conference Proceedings Issue if the submitted manuscripts do not meet the required scientific, ethical, or editorial standards

Authors are required to submit their manuscripts: research papers / book reviews in MS Word format, along with their brief bios and complete contact details. Articles submitted for publication are subject to the double blind peer-reviews (national and international). The publication of the manuscript is strictly based on the acceptance or rejection of the peer-reviewed reports. There are no article processing charges. Author(s) published their research articles may contribute again only after two consecutive BTTN Journal issues.
